Cleanup after a powerful winter storm can be difficult for anyone. But for one New Jersey woman, who needed to leave her home to receive dialysis treatments, shoveling up to eight inches of snow seemed impossible. That's when a young neighbor and his friends stepped in.

A reunion with Frank
While visiting relatives in Utah, an 8-year-old boy named Perryn became ill. Soon, after a variety of tests, doctors discovered the North Carolina boy had a brain tumor. Friends, family, even the local police department pitched in to help Perryn and his parents deal with the difficult diagnosis. But then one man -- a stranger -- stepped up and offered to bring Perryn the greatest gift: his dog.
