Nuts for this squirrel abode
Keith Morgan and his daughters found two orphaned squirrels on the ground beneath their pecan tree in Victoria, Texas. They decided to help the kits until the squirrels were able to take care of themselves. The smaller of the two squirrels didn't make it, but the other one, who was soon named Dale, thrived.
When Dale was old enough to return to the wild, the Morgans decided to make him a special tree house. Keith, who does woodworking as a hobby, designed and built something truly special: a squirrel-sized Whataburger shack.

A memorable restoration
After retired Cal Fire Capt. Shane Porter was diagnosed with bladder cancer, he knew his time was limited. So, he made it a priority to spend quality time with his two sons, Michael and Tim. They purchased a broken down 1969 Jeepster Commando, and spent hours in their garage, working to restore it.
